A new traditional residence designed by Brian Brady of Brady Design presented a 10,000-square-foot home with a sprawling interior filled with luxury amenities met with an expansive exterior for outdoor enjoyment. This quintessential project presented a different set of challenges–geographical. With the client living on the West Coast and wanting to be incredibly involved in the finishes, we navigated through all communication challenges, shipping constraints, and final approvals virtually. This may have been a deterrent to some, but for Fifth & Dune it emphasized our patience with project pace and commitment to our client's vision. The landscape design by Summerhill Landscapes ensures the home and its outdoor features–pool and spa, full-service cabana, and sport-court, sit comfortably within their surroundings. There was no need to strain for effect on this project—confident design decisions were executed with precision. The result is a home that embodies traditional architecture and design without chasing trends, rooted in a design vocabulary that won't age out.
