Modern Waterfront

Our first high-end modern new construction project, designed by the award-winning architectural firm, Worrell Yeung. Built on a dune overlooking Gardiners Bay, this residence earned the architects an Award of Merit for their conceptual approach to open airspace within the envelope—a design that lets nature move through the structure rather than around it. Ultra-high modern homes begin with the foundation; from the first shovel in the ground, to the final design elements, you are building a jewelry box. This project revealed Fifth & Dune's ability to move seamlessly between traditional and contemporary design, establishing a standard we have maintained ever since.
