A European-inspired residence, designed by Cicognani Betesh; one that celebrates the luxury of indoor-outdoor living through every detail. Multiple concentrations of talent were awarded to this project, allowing the creation of an Italian-inspired masterpiece. Working with artist Brian Leaver to craft hand-painted murals brought Old World artistry to the interior of the home, while Chet Mitrani's expertise on the exterior stucco established the home’s idyllic Mediterranean character. Paul Eppley's custom millwork anchors each room with architectural precision. The masonry was executed by P. Cangiolosi Masonry, a second-generation artisan from Sicily, adding authenticity you cannot replicate. French doors open out to stone terraces that extend the living spaces into the landscape, creating a family compound where formality and warmth coexist. The design honors tradition without being constrained by it, proving that old-world craftsmanship still has a place in contemporary life.
