East Hampton Estate

A true blend of old and new, capturing true traditional detail. This project presented unique challenges from the beginning, as we kept the East wing of original construction intact while demolishing the West wing for new construction—never to be known to the eye. A team of highly skilled professionals, detailed craft, and perseverance got us across the finish line. The interior design was thoughtfully executed by Erica Millar Design with extensive client input, custom millwork by Paul Eppley of Eppley Building & Design, and stunning floor finishes by Southampton Floors. Our collaboration with Erica Millar brought a refined sensibility to the interior while maintaining the home's architectural bones. An extensive millwork package added warmth and varying levels of character to the home. The home design and construction development honed into the true appreciation of a traditional style home.
